Pet Sitting Service or Pet Home Visits
We know how it feels when you've got to go away for pleasure or business and your pets need caring for. For whatever reason you prefer not to use a cattery or kennel then as an alternative why not try Just For Cats "Pet Sitter" or "Pet Sitting" service. Not only do we look after cats we also provide this service for looking after Dogs, all small house pets such as hamsters, gerbils, rabbits and guineapigs.
What is a Pet Sitting service?
For
every Home Visit we make to your home one of our members of staff will:
- Clean food bowls, dirt trays, cages or hutches & apply fresh bedding
- Feed Cats, Dogs or any small animals according to your instructions
- Contact you or relative in case of an emergency or pet problem
- Administer medication (orally, topically or injection)
- Follow special diets
- Take your pet to vets if necessary
- Monitor your pet's health
- Walk your dog
- Ensure your home is secure after every visit
- We will add to our Pet Sitting service a basic level of home security by:
- Putting out your bins on rubbish collection days
- Open and close curtains and turn on/off lights (only applicable on two visits daily)
- Water a few plants (if there are many an extra charge will apply)
- Remove post from the letter box and put the mail in a safe place
- Report anything suspicious to the police and advise you accordingly
How to book a Pet Sitting service?
Very simply, either give us a ring or email us to find out availability of a Pet Sitting service to your home. Then either we can come to you or you can pop over to us to complete paperwork, make payment either by cash or debit/credit card. If we come over to you to make the initial visit and you wish to pay by card then after the visit we will ring you to take your payment over the phone using our card machine. Or you may visit our facilities to make arrangement and sort out the payment there and then. For this service we always take payment in advance of the start date of the Pet Sitting Service. Also please provide us with your spare key

About our Pet Sitting Service
A Pet Sitting service is where one of our members of staff will make a daily visits to your home. We can make one or two visits per day to your home to care for your pets. In most cases one daily home visit will suffice ensuring that we provide adequate food to last until the next day. However, if your pet requires regular attention, twice daily medication or you simply prefer, we can make two visits per day to your home.
Because it's a personalised service its very beneficial to you if you have pets that have disabilities such as blindness, partially disabled, deaf, or simply too old or timid for boarding establishments. It's also beneficial for those pets that don't have the necessary vaccinations for boarding establishments.
As an approved training provider in animal care we offer you experienced staff who, are police vetted and proof of this can be shown when we meet, will in your absence provide the loving care and attention that your pet deserves. We also exist to extend a level of home security to your home and pets completely free of charge.
