  • When you submit one of our four reservation forms on our website located at www.justforcatscattery.co.uk :
  • Cat Boarding reservation
  • Small Animal reservation
  • Pet Sitting reservation
  • Pet Taxi reservation

The above four reservation forms require basic details from the customer so that we can provide a price and availability to you.

The only other type of personal information we will collect from you are as follows:

1] Cattery Registration form – we will collect ONLY the following information: Name,  address, telephone numbers, email, emergency contact name & no’s, animal’s names and basic indication of pet administrating of medication with vet name and contact number

2] Pet Sitting Registration form – as above for cattery registration form plus basic information on home security such as alarm procedures (we do not hold data on your security passcodes) and where to place your house key after we finish.

How we get the information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you from the on-line forms via the website for one of the following reasons:

  • Small Animal reservation
  • Pet Sitting reservation
  • Pet Taxi reservation
  • Cattery Registration form
